CARMEN Annual Meeting
CARMEN brings scholars together from universities as well as public and private bodies who are actively involved in the teaching or research of the Middle Ages (ca. 400-1500 AD/CE). We access half of the global body of about 20,000 researchers, with important contributions from Europe, North America, East Asia, Australasia and Latin America.
CARMEN promotes the construction of major scholarly collaborative projects. Its Executive Group directs strategies, disseminates information, and reports to national medievalists’ associations and major conferences. It assists nascent projects to reach critical mass and influences research agendas. CARMEN is a member of EASH (European Alliance for Social Studies and Humanities).
